Payment Instructions
All payments must be made by credit card or paypal. All data entered in
shopping cart is secured with SSL to make sure the transaction
is smooth, safe and secure.
Shipping
We
will arrange shipping within 24 hours after confirmation of
your order and verification of your payment information although 60% of
our items ship same day. Gifts are all shipped with Fedex.
Deliveries generally take 2-4 business days to reach all addresses
worldwide. If the goods have left our care and they are delayed, Canadacufflinks.ca will
track the item for you, but cannot be held responsible for delays in
delivering the item. We are not responsible for any customs and duty
charges from cross-border shipping.
Taxes
Only Maryland residents will be charged state sales tax since our head office is in Maryland.

Return Terms
All sales
come with a no questions asked 30-day warranty unless advertised
differently or damaged in transit. We pride ourselves in delivering
excellent customer service in case something happens that is out of our
control. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within
the warranty period and we will arrange replacement the defective item
for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. All sales are
final. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a
refund will be issued in the form directly on the credit card within
one week. If damaged in transit, you must report this to us within 3
days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Specific terms are:
- -For
replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and
in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale.
- -Returned
items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items
upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- -Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price.
- -Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted without prior arrangement.
- -A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- -Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
- -Please note: Original shipping charges are not refunded. If you've
incurred free shipping on your purchase. Upon returning items, you will
be charged our regular shipping fee since this is a cost we pay for.
- -All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
- -The customer pays for shipping, but will be refunded if the unit is found faulty.
- -We will inspect all returns, and it is at the management’s discretion to fix or replace and returns as appropriate.
