Sales tax will only apply to residents of Maryland in which we are registered, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world. Our packages are all marked low value to save you any fees upon receipt of package. All packages ship from our US warehouse or our Canadian warehouse.

Where do the items ship from?

All of our products ship from either Canada or the US. If we don't have it in stock locally , well ship from the US. If any duties are charged due to this, we'll gladly refund them - simply send us a note.

How do I return a product?

It’s easy. You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using Canada Post due to lower costs if you're in Canada.
